Specialized Cognitive Rehabilitation Therapy

Cognitive Rehabilitation Services (CRS) provides individualized, speech, language and cognitive rehabilitation therapy to address deficits that may arise following a traumatic brain injury (TBI) or concussion.  Specially designed therapy plans combine a variety of tasks to increase deficit awareness, remediate impairments and/or provide strategies to improve overall cognitive skills and the brain injury survivor’s ability to function in every day life.

  • Consultations

Contact Janine for a free 15 minute consultation to discuss your needs and what type of therapy services are provided. Workers Compensation cases may be accepted on a case by case basis.

  • Evaluations

Due to the individualized nature, an initial visit is typically 60-90 minutes. The initial visit includes formal and informal assessments to identify any cognitive and/or speech and language deficits and the resulting negative impact to the client’s functioning in daily life. A comprehensive treatment plan will be established to address any impairments and support a return to pre-injury functional performance.
